GratTrack (“the App”) is a personal wage and tip tracker for restaurant staff (servers, hosts, bussers, food runners, bartenders, and more). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
The App is designed so that your shift and earnings data stay on your device. We do not operate user accounts, and the App does not require a network connection to function.
GratTrack is developed and published by Jake Smart (“we,” “us,” or “developer”).

When you use GratTrack, you may enter information such as:
This information is stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device storage technologies (including SwiftData and UserDefaults). It is not uploaded to our servers because GratTrack does not use developer-operated servers for this data.
As designed, the App does not:
If a future version of the App changes these practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and App Store privacy disclosures before or when those changes take effect.
GratTrack does not transmit your shift data to us.
If you use the Export CSV feature, you choose where the file goes (for example Mail, Files, Messages, or another app). That sharing is controlled by you and by Apple’s system share sheet. Once you share a file, the privacy practices of the destination app or service apply.
If you contact us by email for support, we will receive whatever information you include in that message (such as your email address and the content of your message) and will use it only to respond to your request.
GratTrack is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App.
If you believe a child has provided personal information in a way that concerns you, delete the App (which removes local App data on that device) or clear data from Settings within the App, and contact us at the email above if needed.
You can:
Because data is stored on your device and not in a developer cloud account, there is no separate “cloud account deletion” request for us to process for shift logs.
Local data is protected by the security of your device, including any passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, and iOS storage protections. You are responsible for securing your device and any exports you create.
If you back up your device (for example to iCloud or a computer), your App data may be included in those backups under Apple’s and your backup settings.
GratTrack does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not maintain a cloud database of your shifts, access and deletion of App content are performed by you on device as described above.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law regarding personal information we process when you email us for support. Contact us to exercise those rights where applicable.
The App stores data on your device. If you contact us by email, your message may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our email provider operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
